Thank you for shopping with RÉYZ. We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

Shipping Time

Orders are typically delivered within 4–12 business days. This is an estimated delivery timeframe and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier performance.

Please note: the processing time shown on the product page refers to order preparation and dispatch time, not final delivery time. Actual delivery times may vary depending on logistics conditions and destination country.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).

Please note that tracking information may take a few days to become active in the courier system.

Shipping Delays

Customs and Import Duties

Orders may be shipped internationally from outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, including from China.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply depending on their country’s regulations.

RÉYZ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an address error is noticed after placing an order, please contact us immediately, although changes cannot always be guaranteed.

Fulfillment Model

RÉYZ operates using an international fulfillment model. Some products are manufactured and shipped directly from our production and logistics partners in China. This allows us to offer competitive pricing and a wider product range.

All shipments are processed through trusted third-party logistics providers.

We only share necessary personal information (such as name, shipping address, email, and phone number where required) with our fulfillment and logistics partners solely for the purpose of order processing and delivery.
