Returns & Refund Policy
At RÉYZ, we stand by the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- To request a return, you must contact us by email at info@reyz.shop within 14 days of delivery.
- Please do not return any item before contacting us. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and the return address.
- Returned items must be shipped by the customer at their own expense to our manufacturing partner in China.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds
- After your returned item has been received by our manufacturing partner and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are only processed after the returned item has been received and successfully inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@reyz.shop within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Gift cards (if applicable).
- Final sale or clearance items where permitted by law.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
